With the new SEO Email Reports, tracking your site’s performance is easier than ever. This feature provides a regular email overview of how your content and keywords are performing, so you don’t have to check every detail manually. Now, you can see critical data at a glance and make more informed decisions to optimize your SEO strategy.
To get started receiving these SEO reports, go to AIOSEO menu » General Settings » Advanced:
This will open a settings menu where you can configure many SEO settings. Scrolling down, you’ll find a toggle for enabling Email Summaries:
Here, you can add the email address(es) to which the reports should be sent and the frequency with which they should be received.

Top Winning and Losing Posts
Get clear insights into which of your posts are gaining or losing rankings in search results.
This allows you to identify content that’s performing well and spot areas where you need to improve or refresh existing posts. By acting on this data, you can ensure your most important content remains competitive in search rankings.

The summary includes metrics such as:

Bulk CSV Import/Export: Streamline Your SEO Management
One of the most requested features from seasoned SEOs has been the ability to bulk import and export SEO data in CSV format. To do this, go to the AIOSEO menu » Tools » Import/Export.
This new Bulk CSV Import/Export feature makes managing SEO settings across large sites more efficient. Now, you can export your SEO data as a CSV file and edit it in bulk using your favorite spreadsheet apps like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Once done, you can import the data back to your site. This makes making bulk changes to your site super easy.
