As you can see from the above tests, using basic prompts to generate the responses, ChatGPT’s has provided reasonable answers, if somewhat generic, while WPMU DEV’s AI Search Assistant is more specific and tailored to the services we provide.
With the first test, for example, AI Search Assistant even generated an email response that you could easily cut and paste, quickly edit, and promptly send to clients to address any questions, concerns, or objections they may have.
